Bliss All in One Cleaning has been fully operational since 2017. Donna Spencer left her full-time Healthcare Reimbursement Counselor position with a local healthcare company to run Bliss All in One Cleaning full-time as Founder and CEO in September 2017. Prior to that, Donna excelled in her career for over 20 years. She began as a customer service representative with her company and advanced to Counselor in the Charlotte area. Donna flourished during her tenure as a CSR senior representative for companies such as Amerisource Bergen and Hewitt & Associates.

During her previous career, Donna discovered a true need in the business world for professional cleaning services. Bliss All In One Cleaning is a rising success in the Carolinas and surrounding areas because of her versatile skill set, which includes: marketing, customer service, business management, relationship cultivation, communications, and cleaning services implementation.

Ms. Spencer graduated from Central Piedmont in 1991 and pursuing a B.A. in Psychology at Liberty University. Continuous education studies include North Carolina General Contracting Board of Certification.
